UWC Maastricht is seeking a strategic and people-centred Director of Human Resources to help shape the future of our diverse international school community.

Working with a school community of more than 900 students and 200 staff from over 100 nationalities, you will lead and further develop the school’s HR function, fostering a professional, inclusive and supportive workplace that reflects our mission of making education a force for peace and a sustainable future.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping people, culture and organisational development across the school.
