UWC Maastricht wins Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award

UWC Maastricht has been awarded the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award at the Tes Awards for International Schools 2025.
The Tes Awards for International Schools celebrate outstanding initiatives and achievements in education worldwide. Schools from across the globe are recognised for their innovation, impact and commitment to learning and community.
The jury recognised our Female Empowerment Project, which supports girls from conflict areas through scholarships and a holistic learning experience. What began as a small network of women has grown into a powerful initiative that removes barriers and helps young people thrive. The judges described the project as “an outstanding initiative to empower women and harness the resources of the school and its community for global impact.”
