UWC Maastricht was proud to be a finalist for the Rise and Lead Women Award for Social Impact 2025!

With our Female Empowerment Network, we provide scholarships for girls from conflict-affected and disadvantaged backgrounds, giving them access to education and the chance to build a brighter future. Thanks to the many women who joined the network and made these scholarships possible, the impact continues to grow every year.

Rise and Lead Women is a global platform that empowers women in leadership and entrepreneurship by building skills, visibility and networks. Being recognised among the finalists is a wonderful encouragement for us to continue investing in girls and young women. Because this changes lives and helps build a better future for all.
