01 Jul Say What Lecture by Vivi Lin
It was a surprise during this difficult time.
I was still in the UK under lockdown while I received a message from Yada, the current DP1 student at UWCM who was accidentally my zero-year’s adopted firstie. She told me about the Say What Lectures and invited me to be the first alumni speaker. I was amazed by this project when I first heard of it. In Say What Lectures, they invite speakers from different fields to share their life experience. I told about my time after UWC and how UWC influenced my current life. This was not only an opportunity for me to reconnect with everyone on campus, but also a reason for me to recall my memory in UWCM and to reflect on how those experiences have changed my ways of thinking and my horizon.
