Admissions for IB Diploma Programme

DP Students

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is a challenging 2-year curriculum, combining academics with community service, creativity, and action. For the IBDP we welcome two groups of students (aged 16-19 years old): Day Students and Residential Students.

IBDP Day Students

Day students live in the Maastricht border-region with their families and commute to the UWC Maastricht campus.

IBDP Residential Students

IBDP Residential Students live on UWC Maastricht’s campus. They build a diverse community and extend their learning outside the school day.  Click here to read more about life as a residential student at UWC Maastricht.

Residential students undergo a rigorous application procedure, coordinated by the UWC International Office. Please see for more details.
