Kids Defence is an exercise in which your child is trained in to gain confidence and monitor threatening situations. Various elements of self-defence and empowerment which help your child to feel more confident and safer are covered: break falls, coordination training, posture, appearance, strength and situational awareness.
The training works both mentally and physically: your child is active and feels stronger on all fronts. The goal is that your child learns to better assess a situation, to keep control and make the right choices.
Required: Sport clothes & shoes.
